There is something comforting in wearing a wrap. It’s almost as if you are in a motherly embrace; the one which used to keep you warm in the cold winter months. The ultimate comfort and safety zone which allowed you to sink carelessly into a deep and all-conquering slumber.

L for Lazarus, a brand which also gifted me the échapeau, has contributed to the practically impossible – giving a relaxed wrap the potential to look elegant and glamorous, if the wearer wishes to style it so. I have never seen comfy-cosy clothing that is chic, classic, sophisticated even. It’s almost like converting Uggs into Choos. While the former has been done with a level of greatness, worthy of a standing ovation, let’s hope the latter never happens.

  7. The colour combination of black and red is very powerful and one that is guaranteed to get me every time. I’m still working on perfecting my make-up with this look – you do it so well here Edita, it’s striking and chic, one of my favourite outfits on your blog so far. Also, I’m likely back in the UK very soon and you remind me of how I need to layer and layer to keep warm!

    • Спасибо, мама. Я не обращалa слишком много внимания на макияж. Я вполне доволнa как он выглядел в конце концов. Немного пудры, тушь для ресниц и красная помада способны творить чудеса!
