The Herm\u00e8s Silk Ball was an experience, not an event. I’d like to thank my fairy godmother, Susie Lau of StyleBubble, for giving me the opportunity to attend the ball.<\/p>\n

I got lost among the silk, chiffon and mythical creatures in the enchanted forrest that was Camden’s Koko that night. If I could, I would wonder for days among the weird and the wonderful at the Herm\u00e8s Silk Ball, leaving my Yuvna Kim gown to trail behind me up and down the stairs of the building that once was a grande theatre.<\/p>\n

However when the clock stroke midnight, I ran right into the rain (if you are a single prince and reading this: I did not leave my Walter Steiger shoes behind, don’t go looking for them, I am not your girl) and caught my carriage. My ride did not transform into a pumpkin – it remained a car, and Ahmed, who kindly shot the images for me, stayed by my side right until the moment my head touched the pillow. The Herm\u00e8s Silk Ball transformed into a beautiful mirage right until the alarm went off at 6AM the very next morning.<\/p>\n
