Many of you must have heard that there’s a heat wave here in the UK. I have already seen many memes mocking the British and their meagre heat resistance: Heat wave? This is called summer in Insert Name of Country You Like.

In any case, it appears that I thrive in these heat-wavy conditions. I don’t think there has ever been a better excuse to wear a crop top, so I decided to seize the moment and roll out the meanest, most mustardy Bardot top in existence. But this is where the colour variety ends – everything else pretty much is turquoise.

I don’t know how I do it but I subconsciously am drawn to everything that is turquoise. Every trip to Amrapali begins with: Please, don’t let me get anything turquoise, and ends with: Ok, I will get all of these turquoise options, thanks. The earrings I am wearing in these images are no exception to the rule.

And it spreads. The next victims of my subconscious turquoise obsession are sunglasses and leather goods. Take this beautiful Endless Jewellery bracelet for instance. I had the choice to grab it in so many combinations, and somehow I went for the light blue option. Both of us know that’s just another name for turquoise.

Speaking of Endless Jewellery, it’s a fantastic brand which allows you to customise leather bracelets and charms in accordance to your style, mood, personality – the options are… Well, endless. The light weight of these piecesmakes them pretty perfect for summer, or heat waves for us living in the UK.
